4. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically, including:

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and scripts for the following purposes.

Essential. These support site security, form submission, and basic functionality.

Analytics. These help us understand how visitors find and use our website. We use Google Analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Advertising and attribution. We use advertising tags from Google, Meta, and Microsoft, including Google Analytics Advertising Features (remarketing and demographics and interests reporting). These companies use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet, and use it to measure ad performance and show you our ads on other sites and apps. We and these vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) together with third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) to report on, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits. When you submit a form, we may send a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address to these platforms to measure which ads led to your inquiry and to build or exclude ad audiences. You can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings, your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, optout.aboutads.info, and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Marketing automation. Our forms, calendars, CRM, email, and text messaging run on GoHighLevel, Brevo, and similar service providers acting on our behalf.

6. Website Visitor Identification

We use a visitor identification service, Visitor Connect, provided by Inbound Insight, LLC, to understand who visits our website.

Technologies used. Our website runs a pixel, a small piece of code, that may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information from your browser and device. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the website or ad that referred you.

Information collected. The provider may match this activity against information lawfully available to it from third-party and public sources. Matched information may include your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.

How we use it. We use this information to measure marketing performance and, where legally permitted, to contact you about our services, including by mail or email. Matched information is stored in our CRM and shared with service providers, such as direct mail vendors, only to send these communications.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. To stop us from contacting you, or to have this information deleted, contact us at AARServices2019@gmail.com.

7. Website Chat Assistant

Our website offers a chat assistant powered by artificial intelligence. The assistant identifies itself as AI at the start of every conversation and is not a person or a licensed professional. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or complete. Chat conversations, including anything you type, are recorded and stored by us and our service providers, and may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. The chat assistant cannot be used for emergencies. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat.

The chat assistant does not provide professional advice. Prices or estimates given in chat are not binding until confirmed in writing.

We use personal information to:

9. Email Communications

If you provide your email address, we may send you messages about your inquiry, appointments, services, and, where permitted, promotions or educational content. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional or service-related emails.

10. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our website forms or in our chat assistant, you agree to receive text messages from All American Remodel at the number provided. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiry, service updates, and, if you separately consent, promotional offers.

Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform and carriers, solely to provide the service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

11. Phone Calls

We use call tracking technology to measure which ads and web pages lead to phone calls. When you call a number listed on our website or ads, we collect your phone number, the date, time, and length of the call, and the marketing source of the call. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes. You will be told at the start of the call if it is being recorded.

12. How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information only as described here:

We may share your service address and project details with subcontractors and suppliers who need them to complete your job.

13. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws define the use of advertising cookies and pixels as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no money is exchanged. Where those laws apply to you, you may opt out by contacting us at AARServices2019@gmail.com , and we will honor Global Privacy Control browser signals where required by law.

14. Third-Party Websites
